Leakage, bag collapse, seepage

　　Leakage, bagcollapserefer to abnormal air enteringor leaking from packaging bags (vacuum packaging or inflatable packaging),which will affect the quality and shelf life of food. Seepage refers to the leakage of liquid or semi-liquid productssuch as sauces at the packaging sealing site. Packaging of substandard qualitywill cause the above issues:

1) Poor barrierproperties- poor gas barrier properties of packaging materials will result inair infiltration into the packaging or gas leakage in the packaging during a long-termstorage of food.
2) Poor sealingperformance-such as poor sealing performance at the seal site caused by incorrectheat sealing parameters, resulting in air leakage, bag collapse, and seepage.
3) Inferiorphysical and mechanical properties - such as packaging materials are weak topunctures; or pinholes, creases, and damages on the packaging materials due tothe kneading or squeezing during production and storage. If the damages werenot discovered in time, they may lead to leakage, bag collapse, and seepage.
